1. Short structural dimensions, small size, light weight, light operation.
2. Adopting whole shaft structure, the butterfly plate is truss structure, high strength of butterfly plate, large overflow area, small flow resistance, energy saving.
3. Unique eccentric design; this butterfly valve is equipped with unique angular eccentric design on the basis of traditional double eccentric structure, making full use of the cam special effect, so as to realise that when the valve opens, the valve seat disengages from the sealing ring instantly, and eliminates friction and wear on the 90-degree stroke.
4. Metal seal: butterfly valve seat surface surfacing temperature, corrosion-resistant alloy materials, sealing ring multi-layer stainless steel sheet composition. Under the action of the applied torque, the contact angle produces a slight wedge effect, which makes the sealing ring kneading and radial compression, so as to achieve the tightest closure with the smallest torque. -
